By purchasing or registering for any service on helpmeread.in, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Digital Products (Lesson Packs, Downloads, PDFs, Online Resources)
No Refund Policy for Digital Goods
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital materials are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Lesson Packs
- Downloadable PDFs or templates
- Digital guides
- Activity sheets
- Any other electronic resource
If you experience a download issue or technical problem, please contact us—we will resend the files or provide an alternative access link.
2. Online Courses, Workshops & Webinars
Cancellations by Participants
If you register for a paid online workshop, webinar, or course:
- Cancellation 5 or more days before the event → 100% refund
- Cancellation 3–4 days before the event → 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event → No refund
Cancellations by Help Me Read
If we must reschedule or cancel an event:
- You may choose a full refund, or
- Attend the rescheduled session at no extra cost.
3. Consultation Services (School Support, Training, Design Services)
Refunds depend on the nature of the service:
A. One-time Consultation
- Cancellation 48 hours before the session → Full refund
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before → No refund
B. Long-Term or Custom Engagements
For multi-session consultation packages or custom project work:
- A written agreement or invoice will specify payment and cancellation terms.
- Deposits or advance payments are generally non-refundable.
4. Accidental Payments or Duplicate Charges
If you are charged twice for the same order:
- Notify us with proof of payment
- Duplicate charges will be fully refunded within 7–10 business days
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
